                                           v.
                           CONRAD ALAN ROCKENHAUS, Respondent.

                               EXHIBIT 8
Redford Township Police Case Report No. 260003379, March 2, 2026

Description:
Redacted Redford Township Police Department Case Report CR No. 260003379, dated March 2,
2026, documenting the events at 26695 Ross Drive on the afternoon of Respondent's release from
BOP custody. Report documents: (1) Petitioner stated to officers that Respondent had “never lived” at
26695 Ross Drive; (2) the PPO was read to Respondent from Petitioner's own cell phone screen rather
than properly served; (3) photographs of the PPO were provided to Respondent by neighbor Ann
Helgren using her own phone; (4) Respondent appeared “very confused” and “did not know” about the
PPO; (5) Ann Helgren is identified by the responding officer as “friends with both Conrad and
[Adrienne];” (6) no arrest was made.

Relevance:
This report is dispositive on three issues. First, it proves that Petitioner made a demonstrably false
statement to law enforcement on March 2, 2026, namely, that Respondent had never lived at a
residence where he is a named co-lessee (Exhibit 5). Second, it proves that service of the PPO on
Respondent on March 2, 2026 was defective: reading the PPO to Respondent from Petitioner's phone
screen and having a neighbor photograph the document on her own phone are not authorized methods
of personal service under MCR 3.706. Third, the officer's independent characterization of neighbor Ann
Helgren as “friends with both” parties directly contradicts any allegation that Ms. Helgren was
Respondent's partisan or proxy.
