STATE OF MICHIGAN
THIRD JUDICIAL CIRCUIT COURT, WAYNE COUNTY
ADRIENNE MARJORIE ROCKENHAUS,
Petitioner,
v.
CONRAD ALAN ROCKENHAUS,
Respondent.
Case No. 26-102221-PP
Hon. PPO Docket Judge
Hearing: April 29, 2026 at 11:30 AM (Zoom)
RESPONDENT'S EXHIBIT INDEX AND SUBMISSION OF EVIDENCE
IN SUPPORT OF MOTION TO TERMINATE PERSONAL PROTECTION
ORDER
AND IN RESPONSE TO ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE
NOW COMES Respondent, Conrad Alan Rockenhaus, appearing pro se, and hereby
submits this Exhibit Index and the accompanying nineteen (19) exhibits for the Court's
consideration at the hearing scheduled for April 29, 2026 at 11:30 AM via Zoom. Each
exhibit is authenticated on its face, identified by its source, and accompanied by a
brief statement of relevance to the matters at issue.
The exhibits are offered in support of the following propositions: (1) the ex parte
Personal Protection Order entered February 20, 2026 was not filed in response to any
genuine apprehension of imminent harm but was filed in retaliation for Respondent's
February 17, 2026 revocation of Petitioner's Power of Attorney over his federal
disability benefits; (2) personal service of the PPO on Respondent on March 2, 2026
was defective and failed to comply with MCR 3.706, and Petitioner has separately
obstructed Respondent's lawful service of the Motion to Terminate the PPO; (3) the
alleged PPO violations that are the subject of the pending Order to Show Cause are
factually false and are refuted by sworn third-party evidence; and (4) Petitioner
actively attempted to suborn false statements from a third party to federal medical
authorities and state law enforcement on the day of Respondent's release from
federal custody, demonstrating willingness to manufacture supporting evidence for the
allegations underlying the PPO.
