FAMILY DIVISION, PERSONAL PROTECTION ORDER DOCKET

ADRIENNE MARJORIE ROCKENHAUS, Case No. 26-102221-PP
   Petitioner,
                                                                    Hon. PPO Docket
 v. (Assignment Pending)

 CONRAD ALAN ROCKENHAUS,
  Respondent.

RESPONDENT'S NOTICE OF WITHDRAWAL OF MOTION FOR ISSUANCE OF
                    SUBPOENA FOR WITNESS TESTIMONY

NOW COMES Respondent, Conrad Alan Rockenhaus, appearing pro se, and respectfully gives notice of
withdrawal of his Motion for Issuance of Subpoena for Witness Testimony, currently calendared for hearing
on July 21, 2026 at 10:00 AM via Zoom. In support of this Notice, Respondent states as follows:

                                      I. PROCEDURAL POSTURE
1. The Motion for Issuance of Subpoena for Witness Testimony was filed by Respondent for the limited and
specific purpose of compelling witness testimony in defense of Petitioner's Motion to Show Cause for
Violating Valid Personal Protection Order, which was set for hearing on April 29, 2026.
2. On April 29, 2026, the Honorable Yvonna C. Abraham, then presiding, dismissed Petitioner's Motion to
Show Cause due to Petitioner's failure to appear at the duly noticed hearing.
3. By Order dated April 30, 2026, this Honorable Court reassigned all remaining pending motions in this
matter to the PPO Docket. The reassignment order designates that a hearing in connection with the
Motion for Issuance of Subpoena is presently calendared for July 21, 2026 at 10:00 AM via Zoom.

                                              II. MOOTNESS
4. The Motion for Issuance of Subpoena was directed solely toward securing witness testimony in defense
of the now-dismissed Motion to Show Cause. With the dismissal of the Motion to Show Cause on April
29, 2026, the Motion for Issuance of Subpoena no longer serves any present procedural purpose in this
   matter.
5. The witnesses Respondent intends to call in support of his Motion to Modify, Extend, or Terminate
Personal Protection Order and his Second Supplemental Motion to Modify, Extend, or Terminate
Personal Protection Order include affiants who have voluntarily executed sworn statements and who, to
Respondent's knowledge, are willing to appear voluntarily at any further proceedings without need for
   compulsory process.
6. Maintenance of the Motion for Issuance of Subpoena on the Court's calendar would expend judicial
resources on a procedural motion no longer tied to any active controversy in this matter.

III. RESERVATION OF RIGHT TO FILE FUTURE SUBPOENA MOTIONS
7. Respondent withdraws the Motion for Issuance of Subpoena without prejudice. Respondent expressly
reserves the right to file new and properly-scoped subpoena motions in connection with any further
proceedings in this matter, including but not limited to the calendared hearings on Respondent's Motion
to Modify, Extend, or Terminate Personal Protection Order and Respondent's Second Supplemental
Motion to Modify, Extend, or Terminate Personal Protection Order, should the need to compel witness
testimony arise in connection with those proceedings.
 8. This Notice does not affect, and is not intended to affect, any other motion pending in any other matter,
including without limitation Respondent's separate Motion for Issuance of Subpoenas filed in Case No.
26-104594-DO (divorce action) and presently calendared for hearing on June 4, 2026 in that matter.

                                           IV. RELIEF REQUESTED
WHEREFORE, Respondent Conrad Alan Rockenhaus respectfully requests that this Honorable Court:
 9. Note this withdrawal on the record;
10. Remove the Motion for Issuance of Subpoena for Witness Testimony from the Court'
