SECOND SUPPLEMENTAL MOTION IN SUPPORT OF TERMINATION OF PERSONAL

EXHIBIT A
UNAUTHORIZED FACEBOOK POST FALSELY DECLARING RESPONDENT DECEASED, MAY 4,
2026
Description. Screenshot of a Facebook post published to Respondent's Facebook account on May 4, 2026
at approximately 6:03 PM. The post is structured as a "[SYSTEM ALERT] DEAD MAN'S SWITCH
INITIATED" automated release, falsely declaring Respondent deceased. The post identifies five third
persons as "most likely responsible for my death," namely Annie Helgren (Redford), Pam Jordan (Redford),
William Keene (Ann Arbor), Jason Zielinski (Milan), and Michael Kamke (Ann Arbor). The post includes a
"GPS TELEMETRY: FINAL 10 LOCATIONS" block listing ten timestamped coordinate pairs and concluding
with "STATUS: STATIC. CONTINUOUS PINGING AT LOC. SINCE 04-03." The terminal coordinate
corresponds to the residence of a third person to whom Respondent had previously transferred custody of a
wallet containing an Apple AirTag tracking device, not to Respondent's actual residence at 1690 Brookfield
Drive, Ann Arbor, Michigan 48103. Respondent did not author or authorize the post.
Relevance. The Post is the central evidentiary fact addressed in Section II of the underlying Motion
(Paragraphs 6 through 12). The Post's structural framing as a "post-mortem" release, the AirTag-keyed
geolocation data, and the categorical structure of the named persons together comprise the indicia of
authorship analyzed at Paragraph 9, supporting the inference that Petitioner is the author and publisher of
the Post. The named persons fall into three distinct categories, each uniquely connected to Petitioner: (a)
witnesses to the Motion to Terminate (Helgren, Jordan); (b) persons against whom Petitioner has previously
filed formal accusations (Keene, Zielinski); and (c) Respondent's residential neighbor whom Respondent
has never met (Kamke). The Post is also the predicate for the Demi-Jo Matthews propagation activity
addressed in Section III and for Redford Police Department Case 26-7649 addressed in Section V.

HANDWRITTEN SIGN AT PETITIONER'S RESIDENCE DIRECTED AT MS. HELGREN, MARCH
29, 2026
Description. Photograph of a handwritten sign affixed at the kitchen window of Petitioner's residence at
26695 Ross Drive, Redford, Michigan 48239. The sign is handwritten in blue ink on white paper, taped at
the corners with yellow tape. The salutation reads "Anne Helgen," a variant misspelling of Ann Helgren. The
body text demands that Ms. Helgren cease unspecified "legal abuse" against Petitioner and stop appearing
within Petitioner's sight immediately. A second handwritten sign is partially visible below it, also addressed
to "Anne Helgren," referencing a March 3, 2026 written communication and accusing Ms. Helgren of having
put "threatening documents" on Petitioner's property "on behalf of my rapist." Photograph taken on or about
