COUNTERCLAIM COUNT I
Pursuant to the Counterclaim's WHEREFORE Count I and the contemporaneously filed Motion for Default
Judgment on Counterclaim §VI.D and §IX.I, Defendant/Counter-Plaintiff submits this First Amended
Itemized Cost Bill, which amends and supersedes the Itemized Cost Bill filed May 12, 2026. This
amendment corrects two description-only entries in the prior filing, identified upon further review of the
supporting United States Postal Service eReceipts: (i) Item 10's service-type description, from "First-Class
U.S. Mail" to "Priority Mail Flat Rate Envelope," per the supporting USPS eReceipt for tracking 9505 5066
1751 6105 2324 81; and (ii) Item 14's recipient and destination description, from service on Aldrich Legal
Services, PLLC at Plymouth, MI 48170, to courtesy mailing of the pleading directly to Plaintiff/Counter-
Defendant at her then-residence at 26695 Ross Drive, Redford, MI 48239. No amount, date, or other entry
is changed. The Grand Total of $305.98 is unchanged. Defendant/Counter-Plaintiff reserves the right to
supplement this cost bill at any subsequent damages hearing for costs incurred between the filing of the
Motion and entry of default judgment.
