emergency calendar treatment of the underlying Motion via Zoom, to serve the Motion and Order on counsel
of record for Plaintiff/Counter-Defendant, and to file a Proof of Service with the Wayne County Clerk
pursuant to MCR 2.107 and MCR 2.119. Defendant/Counter-Plaintiff's Praecipe for non-emergency
calendar treatment was submitted via the CCApps portal on May 14, 2026 at approximately 16:45 UTC and
remains pending calendar assignment as of the date of this Proof of Service.
For the avoidance of doubt, Defendant/Counter-Plaintiff separately served on counsel of record for
Plaintiff/Counter-Defendant, at 13:04 UTC on May 15, 2026, the Substantive Supplement to Emergency
Motion for Preservation Order and Order Prohibiting Spoliation of Evidence, which was accepted by the
CCApps portal at 13:48 UTC on May 15, 2026. The Substantive Supplement attaches to the underlying
Emergency Motion and is the renewed substantive showing contemplated by the Court's May 14, 2026
Order.
