For the avoidance of doubt, Defendant/Counter-Plaintiff separately served on counsel of record for
Plaintiff/Counter-Defendant, at 13:04 UTC on May 15, 2026, the Substantive Supplement to Emergency
Motion for Preservation Order and Order Prohibiting Spoliation of Evidence, which was accepted by the
CCApps portal at 13:48 UTC on May 15, 2026. The Substantive Supplement attaches to the underlying
Emergency Motion and is the renewed substantive showing contemplated by the Court's May 14, 2026
Order.
