STATE OF MICHIGAN
IN THE THIRD JUDICIAL CIRCUIT FOR THE COUNTY OF WAYNE
FAMILY DIVISION, DOMESTIC RELATIONS
ADRIENNE MARJORIE ROCKENHAUS, Case No. 26-104594-DO
Plaintiff/Counter-Defendant,
Hon. Nicole N. Goodson
v.
CONRAD ALAN ROCKENHAUS,
Defendant/Counter-Plaintiff.
DEFENDANT/COUNTER-PLAINTIFF'S SUBSTANTIVE SUPPLEMENT TO
EMERGENCY MOTION FOR PRESERVATION ORDER AND ORDER PROHIBITING
SPOLIATION OF EVIDENCE
NOW COMES Defendant/Counter-Plaintiff Conrad Alan Rockenhaus, appearing pro se, and respectfully
submits this Substantive Supplement to his Emergency Motion for Preservation Order and Order Prohibiting
Spoliation of Evidence filed May 13, 2026, to document the post-filing course of conduct that has continued
and escalated in the days following the Emergency Motion's submission. The factual record set forth below
is independent of the May 12, 2026 Scrape Evidence corpus identified in the Chain of Custody Supplement
filed contemporaneously with the Emergency Motion on May 13, 2026, and provides additional and
independent support for the substantive preservation relief requested. In support, Defendant states as
follows.
INTRODUCTION
This Supplement addresses four post-filing developments that, together, demonstrate that the conduct
giving rise to the Emergency Motion has not ceased but has continued and escalated in the days since the
Motion was filed:
First, on the evening of May 13, 2026, within approximately three hours of the CCApps portal's acceptance
of the Emergency Motion, an account on the Meta Threads platform bearing the handle
conrad.rockenhaus and displaying as Defendant (with Defendant's profile photograph, profile URL,
biographical information, and a link to Defendant's premarital domain rockenhaus.com) sent a friend request
to witness Ann Helgren. The conrad.rockenhaus account is Defendant's former Threads account, tied to
an Instagram account Defendant created. Plaintiff has had administrative control of the credentials since the
digital-account compromise described at paragraphs 44 and 50 of the Counterclaim filed April 15, 2026.
Defendant did not authorize, send, or have advance knowledge of the friend request. The use of a
compromised account that displays as Defendant to make contact with the most-evidenced witness in the
file, three hours after Defendant's substantive filing, is identity impersonation in the service of witness
contact, and is structurally independent of the platform-resident preservation issues underlying the
Emergency Motion.
Second, a reaction-window scrape of the social-media network catalogued in the May 12, 2026 Scrape
Evidence corpus, conducted in the early-morning hours of May 14, 2026 immediately following Defendant's
May 13, 2026 filings, captures continuing public-record activity across the same accounts and identifies an
additional account, bearing the handle @lifelessAI, that is propagating the false-injury narrative
published in the May 4, 2026 "Dead Man's Switch" Facebook post described at paragraphs 84 through 85 of
the Counterclaim. The network has not gone dormant.
Third, Redford Township Police Department Case Number 26-7649, opened May 5, 2026 by Officer Young
192 following a walk-in by Defendant accompanied by witnesses Ann Helgren and Pamela Jordan, and
assigned for follow-up to Co-Response Clinician Sonia McCain (smccain@redfordpd.org), is an independent
law-enforcement record corroborating the period during which Plaintiff was absent from her residence at
26695 Ross Drive and during which Defendant's witnesses presented concerns regarding Plaintiff's safety
and whereabouts to law enforcement. Officer McCain has prior contact with this matter and, in March 2026,
communicated directly with Plaintiff in writing confirming verbal-on
