NOTICE OF ENTRY OF DEFAULT ON COUNTERCLAIM
TO: Lisa Baker, Esq. (P82555), Aldrich Legal Services, PLLC, counsel of record for Plaintiff/Counter-
Defendant Adrienne Marjorie Rockenhaus.
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that, pursuant to MCR 2.603(A)(2), the Clerk of this Court has entered the default
of Plaintiff/Counter-Defendant Adrienne Marjorie Rockenhaus on the Counterclaim filed and served April 15,
2026, on the ground that no answer or other responsive action was served or filed within the period
prescribed by MCR 2.108(A)(4).
The clerk's entry of default was made on May 12, 2026.
Defendant/Counter-Plaintiff Conrad Alan Rockenhaus has filed contemporaneously with this Notice a Motion
for Default Judgment on the Counterclaim, requesting relief on the items pleaded in the Counterclaim's
WHEREFORE clause that are grantable on the deemed-admitted record under MCR 2.603(B)(3), with
damages-hearing referrals under MCR 2.603(B)(3)(b) for items requiring valuation or evidentiary
development. The Motion will be heard at such time as the Court directs.
This Notice is given pursuant to MCR 2.603(A)(2) and to preserve Plaintiff/Counter-Defendant's rights under
MCR 2.603(D) to seek to set aside the default within 21 days upon a showing of good cause and a
meritorious defense verified under MCR 1.109(D)(3).
