                                 FAMILY DIVISION, DOMESTIC RELATIONS

ADRIENNE MARJORIE ROCKENHAUS, Case No. 26-104594-DO
   Plaintiff,
                                                                        Hon. Nicole N. Goodson
 v.

 CONRAD ALAN ROCKENHAUS,
  Defendant.

DEFENDANT'S NOTICE OF ERRATA TO PLEADINGS FILED APRIL 15 AND APRIL 16,
                               2026

NOW COMES Defendant, Conrad Alan Rockenhaus, appearing pro se, and respectfully gives notice of
the following corrections to pleadings previously filed in this matter. Each correction below is non-
substantive in nature and is filed of record to ensure the docket reflects accurate text. No correction below
alters the relief requested in any underlying pleading or affects the substantive arguments made therein.

          I. CORRECTIONS TO DEFENDANT'S MOTION FOR LEAVE TO SERVE EXCESS
                        INTERROGATORIES (FILED APRIL 16, 2026)
1. Numbering inconsistency. The Motion's title-block narrative references "thirty-seven (37)"
interrogatories; ¶1 references "thirty-eight (38)"; ¶¶4 and 7 and Prayer ¶2 reference "thirty-six." The number
actually served upon Plaintiff with the discovery package is thirty-seven (37), and that number is the
operative figure. All references in the Motion shall be read as conforming to "thirty-seven (37)."
2. Roman-numeral section skip in accompanying Interrogatories. The Interrogatories served upon
Plaintiff are sectioned I, II, III, V, VI, VIII, IX, X, XI, XII, XIII, XIV. Sections IV and VII are absent due to a
final-assembly artifact. The sections shall be read as renumbered sequentially I through XII, with no
substantive content gap.
3. Duplicate request pairs in accompanying Requests for Production. Section XI (RFP Nos. 44 and 45)
and Section XVI (RFP Nos. 57 and 58) contain textually identical requests. Defendant withdraws Section
XVI, RFP Nos. 57 and 58, as duplicative of Section XI, RFP Nos. 44 and 45. Plaintiff is not required to
separately respond to Section XVI, RFP Nos. 57 and 58.
4. Numerical floor in accompanying Request for Admission No. 15. Request for Admission No. 15
currently reads "nine or more sworn declarations." Defendant amends Request for Admission No. 15 to read
"at least five sworn declarations." The substantive admission sought is the fact of volume of federal court
declarations, not the precise count.

II. CORRECTIONS TO DEFENDANT'S ANSWER AND COUNTERCLAIM (FILED APRIL 15, 2026)
5. Counterclaim ¶32.a, quoted admission. Counterclaim ¶32.a quotes Plaintiff's February 9, 2026 written
communication as describing the closure of the joint SoFi account as "extra judiciously" effected.1 The
intended word is "extrajudicially," meaning without judicial process. Defendant's quotation reproduces
Plaintiff's original wording verbatim and is not a drafting error by Defendant. Counterclaim ¶32.a shall be
read with the original quotation preserved and with the bracketed clarification "[sic; meaning extrajudicially]"
understood to follow Plaintiff's word.
6. Counterclaim ¶50, rockenhaus.com registration date. Counterclaim ¶50 states that the
rockenhaus.com domain has been "owned since 1999." The current WHOIS record reflects a Creation Date
of September 7, 2001 through the current registrar. Counterclaim ¶50 shall be read as: "The domain
rockenhaus.com has been continuously held by Defendant since 1999; current WHOIS records reflect a
creation date of September 7, 2001 through successor registrar." The premarital character of the domain,
established at Counterclaim ¶50 for purposes of MCL 552.401, is unchanged by this clarification.

III. CORRECTION TO DEFENDANT'S OMNIBUS THREE-LAYER MOTION (FILED APRIL 16, 2026)
7. Omnibus ¶14, SSDI overpayment period. Omnibus ¶14 characterizes the SSDI overpayment period as
"November 2025 and March 2026." The Social Security Administra
