COVER EXHIBIT 4 Public X Social Media Thread Speculating About Defendant's Status, May 10, 2026 **Screenshot of Public Thread on the X Social Media Platform** Platform: X (formerly Twitter) Date of Thread: May 10, 2026 Time of Originating Quote-Post: 3:46 AM Captured: May 10, 2026 (screenshot) Participants: Three publicly identified user accounts This Exhibit reproduces a screenshot of a publicly visible exchange on the X social media platform on May 10, 2026, in which three users referenced Defendant Conrad Alan Rockenhaus's purported absence and asked whether anyone had been in contact with him. The thread includes a parent post observing that Plaintiff has not posted to her own X account in approximately three weeks, a reply from user "chr00t" stating "it's now been 5 weeks," a reply from user "venatiodecorus" stating "isnt conrad out now? ne1 get in touch w/ him?" and a quote-post by user "FuxNet" reproducing Defendant's Facebook profile page with the caption "????? Seems bad?" The thread is offered for the limited purpose of demonstrating that the public- narrative campaign documented in Defendant's Second Supplemental Motion in Wayne County Case No. 26-102221-PP, filed May 6, 2026, has now generated organic third-party speculation extending beyond the network of accounts identified in that motion. Defendant does not allege that the named X users are participants in the campaign; the Exhibit goes to propagation of the seeded predicate, not to the participants' state of mind. ROCKENHAUS v. ROCKENHAUS Case No. 26-104594-DO Hon. Nicole N. Goodson Third Judicial Circuit, Wayne County, Michigan
