DEFENDANT'S FIRST SET OF REQUESTS FOR ADMISSIONS TO
PLAINTIFF
NOW COMES Defendant, Conrad Alan Rockenhaus, appearing pro se, and pursuant to MCR
2.312, requests that Plaintiff Adrienne Marjorie Rockenhaus admit or deny each of the
following matters within twenty-eight (28) days of service. Each matter not specifically
denied shall be deemed admitted. Each denial must fairly meet the substance of the request.
If good faith requires qualification of an answer, the answer shall specify so much of the
matter as is true and qualify or deny the remainder.
DEFINITIONS
1. "You" or "Your" means Adrienne Marjorie Rockenhaus.
2. "Conrad" or "Defendant" means Conrad Alan Rockenhaus.
3. "FCI Milan" means the Federal Correctional Institution located in Milan, Michigan.
4. "PPO" means the Personal Protection Order filed February 20, 2026, Case No. 26-102221-
PP, Wayne County Circuit Court.
5. "VA Benefits" means Conrad Alan Rockenhaus's VA Disability Compensation payments
from the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs.
6. "SSDI Benefits" means Conrad Alan Rockenhaus's Social Security Disability Insurance
payments from the Social Security Administration.
REQUESTS FOR ADMISSIONS
I. VISITS TO FCI MILAN
REQUEST NO. 1: Admit or deny: You visited Conrad Alan Rockenhaus at FCI Milan on at
least one occasion.
REQUEST NO. 2: Admit or deny: You visited Conrad Alan Rockenhaus at FCI Milan on more
than one occasion.
REQUEST NO. 3: Admit or deny: You applied for and received visitation approval at FCI
Milan in order to visit Conrad Alan Rockenhaus.
REQUEST NO. 4: Admit or deny: You were present at FCI Milan as a visitor at any time
during the period of Conrad Alan Rockenhaus's incarceration there.
II. LETTERS, CARDS, AND CORRESPONDENCE
REQUEST NO. 5: Admit or deny: You received letters sent to you by Conrad Alan
Rockenhaus from FCI Milan during his incarceration.
REQUEST NO. 6: Admit or deny: You sent Conrad Alan Rockenhaus a handwritten letter in
or about November 2025.
REQUEST NO. 7: Admit or deny: You sent one or more Priority Mail Express packages to
Conrad Alan Rockenhaus at FCI Milan during his incarceration.
REQUEST NO. 8: Admit or deny: You received a photograph sent to you by Conrad Alan
Rockenhaus from FCI Milan accompanied by a handwritten note expressing love.
REQUEST NO. 9: Admit or deny: You forwarded the envelope containing the photograph
referenced in Request No. 8 to Conrad Alan Rockenhaus at the Robert J. Delonis Center, 312
W. Huron Street, Ann Arbor, Michigan 48103, after the PPO was filed on February 20, 2026.
III. TRULINCS AND ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS
REQUEST NO. 10: Admit or deny: You communicated with Conrad Alan Rockenhaus via the
BOP TRULINCS electronic messaging system during his incarceration at FCI Milan.
REQUEST NO. 11: Admit or deny: You sent Conrad Alan Rockenhaus TRULINCS messages
expressing love and affection during his incarceration, including messages containing the
phrases 'I love you,' 'Hey Baby,' and 'I miss you like crazy.'
REQUEST NO. 12: Admit or deny: You sent Conrad Alan Rockenhaus a TRULINCS message
on or about October 28, 2025 stating that his VA pay had not been deposited for that month.
REQUEST NO. 13: Admit or deny: At the time you sent the TRULINCS message referenced
in Request No. 12, you had access to or control over Conrad Alan Rockenhaus's VA Disability
Compensation payments.
