WASHTENAW COUNTY DIVORCE: COMPLAINT FOR DIVORCE (REFERENCE COPY)
Source document: Complaint_for_Divorce_Rockenhaus_Notarized.pdf
Filed: April 10, 2026 (notarization date)
Court: Washtenaw County Circuit Court
Plaintiff: Conrad Alan Rockenhaus (pro se)
Defendant: Adrienne Rockenhaus (a/k/a Adrienne Blair, Adrienne Hein)
Notary: Sasha Williams, Wayne County, Michigan, acting in Wayne County
Notary commission expiration: September 14, 2030
Cataloged: April 28, 2026
PROCEDURAL POSTURE
This is Plaintiff's affirmative action filed in Washtenaw County. It is procedurally distinct from Wayne County
Case No. 26-104594-DO, in which Adrienne is Plaintiff and Conrad is Defendant. The two cases are
structurally inverse. The Washtenaw filing represents Conrad's "breadcrumbs" strategy: deliberate
establishment of multiple parallel proceedings each generating documentary records in directions that
converge on the same underlying financial misconduct.
Plaintiff has resided in Washtenaw County for more than 180 days preceding filing, satisfying the residency
requirement under MCL 552.9 et seq. Venue is therefore proper in Washtenaw County.
SECTION I: PARTIES AND JURISDICTION
Plaintiff Conrad Alan Rockenhaus resides at 1690 Brookfield Drive, Ann Arbor, Michigan 48103, in
Washtenaw County. Plaintiff served honorably on active duty in the United States Navy from December
1999 through February 2015, totaling more than fifteen years of combined service, attaining the rank of
Information Systems Technician First Class (IT1, E-6). Plaintiff served as a Transmission System
Technician and was awarded the Combat Action Ribbon, Kosovo Campaign Medal, Global War on
Terrorism Expeditionary Medal, and Navy/Marine Corps Achievement Medal. Plaintiff received an Honorable
Discharge as reflected in his DD Form 214. Plaintiff is rated by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs as
100% service-connected disabled. VA Disability Compensation constitutes Plaintiff's sole source of monthly
income.
Defendant Adrienne Rockenhaus is a resident of Wayne County, Michigan, with a last known address of
26695 Ross Drive, Redford Township, Michigan 48239.
SECTION II: THE MARRIAGE
The parties were lawfully married and have cohabited as husband and wife. There are no minor children of
the marriage and none expected.
SECTION III: GROUNDS FOR DIVORCE
Breakdown of the marriage relationship to the extent that the objects of matrimony have been destroyed and
there remains no reasonable likelihood that the marriage can be preserved, within the meaning of MCL
552.6.
Plaintiff brings the action to protect his legal rights and obtain a lawful dissolution, not out of hostility. Plaintiff
affirmatively requests that the Court order the parties to participate in counseling and/or mediation prior to or
during the pendency of the proceeding.
SECTION IV: PATTERN OF RETALIATORY AND PREMEDITATED CONDUCT
Paragraph 11: The "Justice for Conrad" advocacy campaign
Beginning during Plaintiff's federal incarceration, Defendant publicly operated an advocacy campaign on his
behalf, maintaining multiple websites, a public YouTube channel, and active social media accounts including
on X.com under the handle @adezero. The campaign was purportedly to advocate for Plaintiff's civil rights
and medical needs.
In practice, Defendant used Plaintiff's story to draw attention to herself rather than to advance his interests.
Defendant positioned herself as the central figure in Plaintiff's legal struggles, casting herself as a target of
the same government forces she claimed were persecuting Plaintiff. Defendant leveraged Plaintiff's status
as a 100% disabled incarcerated veteran to build a public media brand, generating social media followings
and online content using Plaintiff's name, image, legal filings, and medical narrativ
